Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Jamder Couture collects, why, who it is shared with, and your rights.
Gulf: UAE, Saudi Arabia and the Middle East
Gulf covers UAE, Saudi Arabia and the rest of the Middle East. All Gulf orders ship from Dubai and are paid by card through Stripe.
Europe: Norway, the EU and the UK
Europe covers Norway, the EU and the UK. Orders are confirmed and paid privately on WhatsApp; no card payments are taken on the site.
6.1 Who is responsible for your data
- Gulf customers: Zyron FZE LLC, trading as Jamder Couture (details in the Legal Notice).
- Norway, EU and UK customers: Jamder Couture Europe, based in Norway.
For any privacy question or request, email contact@jamdercouture.com with "Privacy" in the subject.
Jamder Couture is one brand run by two regional teams. Both teams can see orders from either region, so they can run the brand together, answer questions and manage stock. Your data is not used by either team for any purpose other than those below.
6.2 What we collect

6.3 Legal basis (Norway, EU and UK)
We use your data to perform our contract with you (orders, delivery, returns), to meet legal obligations (accounting records), for our legitimate interest in running and securing the website and answering enquiries, for our legitimate interest in knowing which campaigns lead to orders (campaign details only, without advertising identifiers), and with your consent (newsletter, advertising cookies). You can withdraw consent at any time.
6.4 Who we share data with
We share only what each provider needs to do its job:
- Stripe: card payments for Gulf orders. Vipps and your bank process payments for Europe orders.
- Replit: website hosting and database.
- Cloudflare: website security and performance.
- Resend: order and account emails.
- Microsoft: our email inbox (contact@jamdercouture.com).
- WhatsApp (Meta): order confirmation and customer service chats.
- Delivery carriers: your name, address and phone number, to deliver your order.
- Google Analytics: website usage statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Meta and TikTok: advertising measurement, only if you accept advertising cookies.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We never sell your personal data.
6.5 International transfers
Some of these providers store or process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where data from Norway, the EU or the UK is transferred, we rely on the provider's legal safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU, US Data Privacy Framework.
6.6 How long we keep it
- Order and accounting records: 5 years, as required for accounting and tax records.
- Size requests and enquiries that do not lead to an order: 12 months.
- Newsletter details: until you unsubscribe.
- WhatsApp chats: for as long as needed to complete your order and any return.
6.7 Your rights
Your rights include access, correction, deletion, objection or restriction, data portability, withdrawing consent and complaining to a data protection authority. To exercise your rights, email contact@jamdercouture.com. We respond within 30 days, subject to records we must retain by law.
6.8 Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted admin access and trusted providers to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so please contact us at once if you think your data has been misused.
6.9 Children
Our website is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Customers aged 16 or 17 are welcome; for larger purchases we recommend involving a parent or guardian.
6.10 Changes
We will update this policy when our practices change and show the new date at the top.
